All content on this website—including but not limited to artworks, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software—is the exclusive property of House of Kvaab and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service, artworks, or website content without express written permission from us.

Products and Services

• Handcrafted Nature: Our products are individually handled framed artworks. Because they are not mass-produced items off a warehouse shelf, we require appropriate time to craft and deliver them.
   

• Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our artworks. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile screen's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Minor color variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
   

• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.

Ordering, Shipping, and Deliveries

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
 

• Timeline: Please expect a turnaround time of 10 to 15 business days from the date of order placement to the date of delivery.
   

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
 

• Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut unboxing video is strictly required to process any claims for transit damage or incorrect items.
   

• Exclusions: We do not offer returns or refunds for a "change of mind," custom/personalized orders, or minor screen-to-print color variations.
   

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Privacy & Accessibility

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Furthermore, we strive to ensure our website is accessible to all users, in accordance with our Accessibility Statement and the RPWD Act, 2016.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall House of Kvaab, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of Kvaab, Prem Patra, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
