At Prem Patra® (a House of Kvaab brand), we believe that art should not be rushed. Every framed artwork you order is individually handled, crafted, and packaged with precision. Because we do not sell mass-produced items off a warehouse shelf, our shipping timelines reflect the time and care required to deliver a flawless piece of art to your doorstep.

Since each order is specially processed, framed, and quality-checked just for you, please expect a total turnaround time of 10 to 15 business days from the date of order placement to the date of delivery.

Here is how that time is broken down:

• Order Processing & Production (5-8 Business Days): Once your order is confirmed, we begin the process of high-quality printing, precision framing, and thorough quality inspection.

• Transit & Delivery (5-7 Business Days): After passing our quality checks, your artwork is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery. Transit times vary depending on your location (metro cities usually see faster delivery times than remote pin codes).

Note: "Business days" exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.

Framed artworks are fragile by nature. We utilize industry-leading packaging standards to ensure your piece survives the rough-and-tumble of transit.

• Every frame is protected with heavy-duty corner guards.

• The artwork is wrapped in multiple layers of premium bubble wrap.

• It is then sealed inside a sturdy, custom-fitted corrugated shipping box to prevent movement and absorb shock.

Once your beautifully framed artwork is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via Email and/or WhatsApp. This message will contain:

• The name of the courier partner.

• Your unique tracking (AWB) number.

• A direct link to track the live status of your shipment.

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active after you receive the dispatch notification.

• Within India: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery pin code and the size/weight of the artwork.

• International Shipping: Currently, our standard checkout process supports deliveries within India. If you require an artwork to be shipped internationally, please reach out to us directly at hi@kvaab.com before placing your order, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our studio. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to re-dispatch the returned package.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout. Prem Patra is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, nor for delays caused by missing contact information.

While we strictly aim to adhere to the 10-15 business day timeline, certain unforeseen circumstances out of our control can cause delays. These include severe weather conditions, regional lockdowns, courier strikes, or logistical disruptions. If your order faces an unusual delay, our team will proactively communicate with you.
